Mr. Gariboldi is responsible for the overall vision and strategy for Virsalent. He has an extensive background managing sales of information technology solutions, products and consulting services to Fortune 2000 accounts in the Untied States and abroad, with an emphasis on leading edge e-commerce technologies. Mr. Gariboldi brings expertise in recruitment, motivation, and retention of a highly productive sales team. He is effective in negotiations with senior management of major accounts and has global sales and marketing experience covering the Americas , Europe, Asia and Australia . His credentials include senior executive positions with Art Technology Group (ATG), The Concord Group, Mitem, Oracle, MAI Basic Four and KPMG Peat Marwick. He is a member of the Keiretsu Forum. Mr. Gariboldi graduated from Rutgers University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Political Science.

Mr. Blank is the chief strategy officer and oversees the Virsalent Network. He works with clients to develop product positioning and key messages. Mr. Blank has extensive experience in senior management with a broad background in technical, operating and sales on a domestic and global landscape. He has had revenue and budget responsibility since 1985, along with investor and boardroom experience. Mr. Blank brings expertise in project management, cross functional team building, systems development life cycle, website design and launch, technical management and software quality assurance. He has experience in B2B, and B2C e-Commerce, Six Sigma, Systems Development Lie Cycle and Business Process Management. Mr. Blank's direct sales background includes team building, business development, commission structuring, packaging, pricing, strategic planning, recruiting, training and budgeting. His has held high level management positions with GE Insurance, Ernst and Young and First Nationwide Bank. Mr. Blank is a founding member of IMX Exchange, a leading Internet based service for the wholesale mortgage industry and is a member of the Keiretsu Forum. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of San Francisco and Masters of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.

As chief operating officer, Mr. Meyer is responsible for formulation and execution of the company's major policies, programs and objectives to promote and ensure Virsalent's continuing success and growth. This includes the strategic and tactical business growth plans for the company with a particular emphasis into new industries, markets and products. Mr. Meyer brings a long track record of building successful sales organizations and record revenue growth in both the commercial, and public sectors. Mr. Meyer has spearheaded multi-million dollar negotiations with global accounts such as; NASDAQ, American Express, J.P. Morgan Chase, Chemical Bank, Johnson and Johnson; Merck, Hitachi (Japan) and in the public sector with such accounts as the; Department of Defense, DISA, Army, Airforce and NSA. Mr. Meyer's credentials also include senior management positions with industry leaders; ATG, TIBCO, Information Dimensions, Oracle and MAI-Basic4. Mr. Meyer holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business and in Economics from the State University of New York.

Specializing in the IT industry and niche market technology companies, Tetsu Noguchi has 17 years experience introducing companies to the Japanese and Taiwanese markets with expertise in market messaging and business development. Mr. Noguchi worked at Grey advertising’s Tokyo subsidiary for 8 years, specializing in localizing brand image, interactive media development, and brand messaging for a variety of consumer products. Later, he joined AdMedia to head a new wholly owned interactive and web media subsidiary. At Nissho Electronics, he spent 8 years focusing on assisting IT industry and niche market technology companies enter and develop the Japanese and Taiwanese markets. He holds a BA in International Business from Sophia University in Tokyo Japan.

Marco Rodriguez

Marco Rodriguez has over 20 years of retail sales and marketing in the food industry. He has owned and operated over 8 restaurants. He has over 15 years experience in food manufacturing, sales and marketing. Marco spearheaded the Tortilla Wrap revolution in the 1990’s. He is fully knowledgeable in food trends, he has worked in conjunction with food executives at Planet Hollywood and Southwest Airlines to plan specialty menus and specialty food items. His background includes the selection and testing of specialty food products for the California markets. Mr. Rodriguez has worked for Acosta Sales and Marketing representing giant national brands from Mexico. Mr. Rodriguez has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
